How do I book?

To book your desired package, you can contact us by phone, email or via our enquiry form on our website. Once all details have been confirmed, we will send a booking form and a deposit is required. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than one week before your booking. 

How much are your services?

Is my deposit refundable?

Your deposit will be non-refundable

 

What areas do you cover?

We cover Kent, Surrey and South East London. If we have to travel further than our areas there will be a travel charge, but we will let you know before booking​

 

How many guests are allowed to the parties?

With 1 entertainer we limit it to 25 guests, if you have more than 25 a second entertainer will be needed. If you only require a singer than the number of guests is unlimited

 

How early should I book a party?

We recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance to ensure you get your desired date. Weekends tend to get booked up really quickly.

 

How can I prepare for my booking?

Your party entertainer will arrive approximately 10 minutes before the start of the party so they can set up the music and games, they will arrive in costume. For the party, it is important that there is enough room for lots of games and dancing. We kindly ask that you could set up an area with a small table for the equipment.

 

How do I become a Royal Bella entertainer?

We are always looking for new entertainers so if you think you have what it takes to be the perfect Princess or Superhero, please send a CV, headshot and covering letter to royalbellaparties@gmail.com

Are you associated with branded companies?

We DO NOT claim to be associated with any copyrighted or name brand character. We do not wish to violate or infringe upon any copyright laws. Any resemblance between our entertainers and any copyrighted characters is purely coincidental. All clients booking us must be in acceptance that our characters do not represent any licensed copyrighted characters or their stories. Any resemblance you may see is simply incidental. 

How do i order gifts or favours?

To order you can contact us by phone, email or via our enquiry form on our website. Once all details have been confirmed, we can start your order.

Do you do payment plans?

We are happy to set up a payment plan for you, just let us know you would like one and we can arrange it for you

Do you deliver?

We do deliver locally to Chislehurst, there will be a delivery charge. If you would like to pick the items up for free you are more than welcome

How much is delivery?

Delivery prices are based on what the Royal Mail website says, all items weigh differently, we package them up to keep them safe, we will let you know a rough price before you order.

How much are your gifts?
